BCSO Arrest Form

If you are going to book someone in the jail for a traffic offense (OVI, DUS, etc.)  The complaint needs to be completed along with a copy of the citation.  It is the arresting officer’s responsibility to get a copy of the citation to the court of jurisdiction the same as a speeding or seatbelt citation that does not involve incarceration.

Reminder: There is a signature field on each form for the officer.

If the transporting officer is not the charging officer then the complaint forms need to be notarized prior to emailing them to booking. Jail staff cannot affix the notary signature needed by the court unless the charging officer is present at the jail.
